Meet Dr. Ingersoll
Andy Ingersoll grew up in Highland, Utah. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. Andy took a two year hiatus and lived in southern France as a church missionary and now speaks French proficiently (ask him to speak for you, you’ll get a kick out of it!). Returning to BYU, he met the love of his life, Lauren.
After college and marriage, Andy and Lauren made a cross-country trek to Cleveland, OH where Andy attended dental school at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Due to his academic excellence, Dr, Ingersoll was awarded and accepted a scholarship from the United States Air Force, commissioning as an Air Force officer.
Immediately following dental school graduation, the Air Force assigned Andy to Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska for a one year residency training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD). The AEGD strengthened Andy’s skills in advanced dental procedures such as root canal therapy, surgical procedures (wisdom teeth extractions and implant placement), and intravenous sedation. The Ingersolls were then transferred to RAF Lakenheath for a three year tour in England. Besides contributing greatly to the mission of the 48th Dental Squadron mission, Andy, Lauren and their four children enjoyed traveling all over England and Europe.
Upon completion of his tour and commitment to the Air Force, Andy and Lauren decided to partner with Blake Jones, Brandon Kofford and Jake Smith and relocate to North Carolina where they would raise their family. The Ingersolls are very happy to call Cary home, where they recently welcomed baby number five, a girl! Andy enjoys spending as much time with his family as possible, camping, fishing, playing at the lake and exploring new areas.
